Dazu gehört die Abwehr von Not und Armut. Viele arme Haushalte können sich keine Energie leisten, Sperren sind die Folge. Im Winter ist die fehlende Versorgung mit Strom und Wärme besonders schwerwiegend. In Spanien wurden Todesfälle wegen Energiearmut publik, auch in Großbritannien steigt die Sterberate (RentnerInnen, Kranke) im Winter. Gefragt wird, ob es diese Probleme auch hierzulande gibt und was die Bundesregierung dagegen unternimmt.

Durch die zunehmende Digitalisierung des Wohnungsmarkt und das Vorantreiben von Big Data durch die Immobilienwirtschaft steigen ebenfalls die Anforderungen an das Bundesdatenschutzgesetz. Ziel der Kleinen Anfrage ist es, die Position der Bundesregierung diesbezüglich zu erfragen sowie nach möglichen administrativen bzw. gesetzlichen Konsequenzen zu fragen.

Viele Gerichtsentscheidungen der letzten Zeit hebeln den Kündigungsschutz weiter aus. Immer wieder kommt es zu Kündigungen und Räumungen im Zusammenhang mit Mietrückständen, bei Mietminderungen wegen Mängeln der Wohnung oder wegen angeblichen Eigenbedarfs. Es muss verhindert werden, dass Menschen unverschuldet in die Wohnungslosigkeit gedrängt werden. 

Die Büros von MdBs und der im Bundestag vertretenen Parteien werden immer wieder Ziel von Angriffen, die häufig aus der Naziszene kommen. Einschüchterung und Rückzug der demokratischen Parteien sind das Ziel. Wir fragen regelmäßig nach der aktuellen Entwicklung dieser Angriffe.

Ungeachtet möglicher kosmetischer Änderungen bleibt die Pkw-Maut diskriminierend und damit EU-rechtswidrig sowie ein potenzielles haushälterisches Desaster. Daher muss dieses unsinnige CSU-Projekt noch vor einer Umsetzung gestoppt werden.

<style> </style> Das Gutachten der Beratungsgesellschaft KPMG im Auftrag der DB AG zur Kostenentwicklung und zu baulichen Risiken von Stuttgart 21 sowie der Bericht des Bundesrechnungshofs zu Stuttgart 21 sollen offengelegt werden. Es ist ein Unding, dass Gutachten eines öffentlichen Unternehmens, die im öffentlichem Interesse liegen, geheim gehalten werden. Mit dem Antrag geht es damit auch grundsätzlich um die Frage der Kontrolle der DB AG als 100% öffentliches Unternehmen.

Ländliche Räume dürfen nicht hinter der allgemeinen gesellschaftliche Entwicklung zurückbleiben. Neue Chancen zur Entwicklung der ländlichen Räume sind konsequent mit Blick auf das Ziel gleichwertiger Lebensverhältnisse zu nutzen. Menschen haben Anspruch auf Chancengleichheit.

Zehn Jahre nach Inkrafttreten des Allgemeinen Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes (AGG) werden in Deutschland Menschen nach wie vor aus rassistischen Gründen, wegen ihres Geschlechts, ihrer sexuellen Orientierung, einer Behinderung oder des Alters nahezu unvermindert diskriminiert. Sehr selten setzen sie sich dagegen rechtlich zur Wehr - wegen emotionaler Hürden, wirtschaftlicher Abhängigkeit und weil ihnen die notwendigen Ressourcen fehlen. Um dem Antidiskriminierungsrecht Wirkung zu verleihen, brauchen wir ein echtes Verbandsklagerecht.

Hinzu kommt ein erheblicher Einfluss von Lobyisten auf Politik und Forschung. Die Folge sind ernährungsbedingte Erkrankungen und Übergewicht. DIE LINKE fordert eine verbrauchergerechte Lebensmittelkennzeichnung, Werbebeschränkungen für Kinderlebensmittel und bei Gesundheitsangaben sowie eine unabhängige Ernährungsbildung und Forschung. 

Im Pferderennsport kommt es immer wieder zu schweren Unfällen, bei denen Menschen und Pferde schwere Verletzungen erleiden, die zumeist für die Tiere tödlich enden. Erst im Sommer fanden bei Pferderennen in Leipzig und Krefeld insgesamt drei Tiere den Tod. Auch Doping sowie fragwürdige Trainingsmethoden spielen in allen Pferdesportarten eine Rolle. Die Leitlinen für den Tierschutz im Pferdesport wurden 1992 das letzte Mal überarbeitet und bedürfen einer Erneuerung nach heutigem Kenntnisstand.
