Durch die zunehmende Digitalisierung des Wohnungsmarkt und das Vorantreiben von Big Data durch die Immobilienwirtschaft steigen ebenfalls die Anforderungen an das Bundesdatenschutzgesetz. Ziel der Kleinen Anfrage ist es, die Position der Bundesregierung diesbezüglich zu erfragen sowie nach möglichen administrativen bzw. gesetzlichen Konsequenzen zu fragen.

Die sogenannten "Reichsbürger" sorgen meist dann für Schlagzeilen, wenn sie schwere Straftaten begehen. Finanzbehörden oder KfZ-Zulassungsstellen gegenüber fallen sie schon unterhalb dieser Schwelle auf. Die Anfrage fragt nach diesbezüglichen Erfahrungen mit und nach der Einschätzung von "Reichsbürgern".

Diese Zahl ist deutlich geringer als die stets präsente Zahl der Asylantragstellungen, weil Aus- und Weiterreisen, Abschiebungen, Einbürgerungen usw. berücksichtigt werden. Medien, NGOs, WissenschaftlerInnen und auch der UNHCR greifen für ihre Arbeit regelmäßig auf diese Drucksache zurück. 

2014 und 2015 verübte mutmaßlich ein Einzeltäter mehrere Brandanschläge im Berliner Regierungsviertel. Der Tatverdächtige wurde erhängt in seiner Zelle gefunden. Die Anfrage fragt nach Erkenntnissen der Bundesregierung zu Verbindungen und Hintergründen.

Mit einem „Hackerangriff“ auf die OSZE wird wieder die russische Regierung vom deutschen Verfassungsschutz verantwortlich gemacht. Belege dafür gibt es nicht, auch nicht für behauptete Planungen zur Störung der Bundestagswahl. Verfassungsschutz und BSI haben einen Bericht zu den vermeintlich russischen Aktivitäten im Cyberraum erstellt, der vermutlich geheim bleibt. Eine unabhängige Prüfung der dort zusammengetragenen Annahmen, Indizien oder Beweise ist daher nicht möglich.

Die EU-Militärmission EUNAVFORMED befindet sich möglicherweise kurz vor dem Operieren in libyschen Hoheitsgewässern (die sogenannte Phase 2b). Italien hat ein bilaterales Abkommen mit Libyen geschlossen und stationiert 100 Fallschirmjäger im Land. Italienische Drohnen sollen die Sahara-Grenzen patrouillieren, um Migrantenschmuggel aufzuspüren und Geflüchtete zurückzuschicken. Auch die auf See Aufgegriffenen werden den Plänen zufolge nach Libyen zurückgebracht.

Über ein mögliches Scheitern der INF-Verträge wird in den letzten Jahren vermehrt spekuliert. Das INF-Vertragswerk über nukleare Mittelstreckensysteme gilt als "Meilenstein" in der Rüstungskontrolle zwischen den USA und Russland. Aber schon 2001 erklärte die US-Regierung ihren Rücktritt vom ABM-Vertrag, der Teil des INF-Pakets war. Die Vertragspartner werfen sich gegenseitig Vertragsverstöße vor. DIE LINKE fragt nach dem Erkenntnisstand der Bundesregierung und möglichen Rettungsinitiativen.
