Musik ist das entscheidende Rekrutierungsmittel der extremen Rechten unter Jugendlichen. Mit der regelmäßigen Anfrage wollen wir die Aktivitäten der extremen Rechten in diesem Feld dokumentieren, die Öffentlichkeit sensibilisieren und die Arbeit antifaschistischer Akteure unterstützen.
Erfragt werden soll eine statistische Aufstellung der Naziaufmärsche pro Quartal, unter Berücksichtigung der Veranstalter und der thematischen Ausgestaltung der Aufmärsche. Ziel der Anfrage ist es, die wechselnde Mobilisierungsfähigkeit und -willigkeit der Naziszene zu dokumentieren und auch eine regionale Übersicht solcher Aufmärsche zu erhalten.
Mit der Kleinen Anfrage soll die Lage von Flüchtlingen in der Türkei, vor dem Hintergrund des EU Türkei Abkommens untersucht werden, wie auch die Abschottungspolitik der Türkei gegenüber Flüchtlingen aus den Nachbarländern. Schwerpunkte sind dabei ebenfalls, die immer wieder auftretenden Fälle von Überschneidungen zwischen dschihadistischen Gruppen und der staatlichen Flüchtlingsorganisation AFAD, wie auch die Situation der aus Griechenland in die Türkei zurückgeschickten Flüchtlinge.
Wie aus früheren Antworten der Bundesregierung auf regelmäßige Anfragen der Fraktion DIE LINKE zur Visaerteilungspraxis hervorgeht, sind die Ablehnungsquoten in Bezug auf einzelne Länder, aber auch bei einzelnen Auslandsvertretungen innerhalb eines Landes, höchst unterschiedlich (u.a. BT-Drs. 18/9477). Nicht erfasst sind Fälle, in denen wegen hoher Anforderungen oder Schikanen ein Visumverfahren nicht länger betrieben und aufgegeben oder mangels Erfolgsaussichten kein Antrag gestellt wird.

Die sogenannten "Reichsbürger" sorgen meist dann für Schlagzeilen, wenn sie schwere Straftaten begehen. Finanzbehörden oder KfZ-Zulassungsstellen gegenüber fallen sie schon unterhalb dieser Schwelle auf. Die Anfrage fragt nach diesbezüglichen Erfahrungen mit und nach der Einschätzung von "Reichsbürgern".

Diese Zahl ist deutlich geringer als die stets präsente Zahl der Asylantragstellungen, weil Aus- und Weiterreisen, Abschiebungen, Einbürgerungen usw. berücksichtigt werden. Medien, NGOs, WissenschaftlerInnen und auch der UNHCR greifen für ihre Arbeit regelmäßig auf diese Drucksache zurück.
